Luis Diego Arnáez

Luís Diego Arnáez Villegas (born 6 November 1967) is a retired Costa Rican football player. He is currently an assistant coach for the Costa Rica national football team.

Career

Arnáez used to play at a club level for LD Alajuelense. He made his debut for the national team in 1991, collecting a total of 31 caps, scoring 10 goals.[1] He played his last international in 2000 against Trinidad & Tobago.

Later, Arnáez coached the first division team Puntarenas FC in his home country. After getting fired from the team, he coached Liga Deportiva Alajuelense for 6 months.[2] He is currently an assistant coach for the Costa Rica national football team.
